Nur 1 einzelne Person oder ein Paar würde in Betracht gezogen werden. Partys sind strikt NICHT ERLAUBT. Die Wohnung befindet sich neben dem Rathaus Neukölln, in der Nähe von einigen der besten Bars, Restaurants und Cafés in Berlin.
