The flat is ideal for an expat couple, where everyone needs their own office, or a family with 1-2 children that values space and a centrally located flat. The flat is equipped with high-end designer furniture. The flat has 3 separate entrances (it is connected to the front house staircase, the middle house staircase, and the back-house staircase). In the front house you will have the "social areas" that consist of a beautiful dining room, guest bathroom with bathtub, living room with fireplace and kitchen. In the middle part you have 2 rooms that are ideal to be used as offices or bedrooms for children and guests. The backhouse of the flat has the master bedroom and bathroom as well as 3 walk-in-closets (one closet can also be used as an office room). The flat has access to a shared and beautiful roof top terrace that is typically quiet and not used very often by the other 13 parties that live in the house.
