Auch das Frühstück geht auf dem Balkon. Die 42 qm werden durch ca. 8 qm im Emporenbereich auf circa 50 qm effektiv nutzbaren Innenaum erweitert. Der Hauptwohnbereich ist frei von Schlafstätten, die vorhandenen Schlafstätten entziehen sich darüber hinaus komplett den Blicken von Bewohnern und Gästen. Dadurch ist die Wohnung besonders geeignet auch formale Empfänge in der Wohnzone abzuhalten. Der Esstisch im Wohnbereich bietet Platz für 6 Personen.
